Payment Policy
Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, payment is required prior to or at the time of service. Promotional offers must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of your appointment. We will review the concern and work with you to resolve it.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program name. Crittella SMS messaging.
Program description. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Crittella regarding services, scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups on quotes or proposals, as well as customer support responses.
Consent. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Crittella at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies (typically 1–2 per service inquiry or quote, no more than 1–2 per week).
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

- You may also opt out of SMS communications by contacting us directly.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
